Hi, I'm Sonya!  I wanted to walk you through our multi step process to selling your house for the most amount of money in the shortest time possible.  If you are looking for multiple options to selling your home, make sure you read through this entire post.

Step 1: Determine Your Home's True Value
The first thing to do is find out what your what your current home is worth. You can search on websites like Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com, but the truth is most of those sites are inaccurate. To get a real valuation of your home will sell for, you should consult with a real estate agent.

Step 2- Calculate Your Closing Costs

Once you have an idea of your home's value, it's EXTREMELY important to calculate a net sheet that will show you a realistic true walk away net figure. It's what you walk away with after you close that is most important.

Step 3-Seller Options

We are not your typical real estate agents. As a builder, rehabber, and investor, I have learned how to adapt several EXIT strategies to your property.

Did you know you actually have 3 options to selling your home?

Option 1 Sell It Fast:

We work with several real estate investment firms that are looking for properties to buy right now. Our buyers will put an offer on your property tomorrow. This is most suitable for someone who owns a property that needs work or you need to sell it very fast.

Option 2: Fix it Up

I have rehabbed, built, or sold over 100 homes. My experience doing that has taught me how to get the biggest bag for the buck.   I will help you determine what to upgrade and the estimated amount of return based on those capital improvements.

We will calculate a net sheet based on the home improvements made so you can determine if this is a good option for you.  We will consult, assist with contractors, and make sure you pick the improvements that net you the most amount of money.

Option 3: Use Borrowed Money To Flip Your Own Home

If you don't have the liquidity to sell your property for top dollar, let me help you flip it! This is good option if you do not have the funds to improve your house.

Don’t hire a typical Realtor, hire a problem solver.
